This is a great resume building technique.....It really attracts the employer..
BTW
Already many people are using it in other countries, very few Indians are using visual resumes right now.
We should start......

We are already late,
Late better than NEVER...
Visual resume/Video resume is best way to search for Jobs with Job Portals and get selected for Freshers as well as for Exp !!
